SGP Trading Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SGP Trading Platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SGP.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The Platform is not available in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited by law.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication codes. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Trading Activities

All trading activities on the Platform are conducted at your own risk. The Platform provides tools for cryptocurrency trading including strategy codes with configurable outcomes. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and that you may lose some or all of your investment.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are accepted via supported blockchain networks (TRC20, BEP20) in USDT. Withdrawal addresses must be pre-configured in your account settings with two-factor authentication enabled. Processing times vary by network. The Platform is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or unsupported networks.

6. Fees

The Platform charges trading fees (maker/taker) and network withdrawal fees as displayed on the Fees page. Fee structures may change with prior notice. Volume-based discounts may apply. All fees are deducted automatically from your account balance at the time of the transaction.

7. Referral Program

The referral program allows users to earn commissions from the trading activities of referred users. Commission rates vary by agent tier level. The Platform reserves the right to modify commission rates, tier structures, and program rules at any time. Abuse of the referral system, including self-referral or fraudulent referrals, will result in account termination.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal activity. Market manipulation, use of automated trading bots without authorization, creating multiple accounts, and any attempt to exploit Platform vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, network failures, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law. Upon termination, you may withdraw your remaining funds subject to applicable verification procedures. Termination does not release you from obligations incurred prior to termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
