We collect information you provide directly: email address, phone number, government-issued identification documents (for KYC verification), and wallet addresses. We automatically collect: IP addresses, browser type, device information, login history, and usage patterns. We also collect transaction data including deposits, withdrawals, and trading history.

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Platform services, process transactions and verify your identity, comply with legal and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML), communicate important updates and security alerts, improve our services and user experience, prevent fraud and unauthorized access, and calculate referral commissions.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with: regulatory authorities when required by law, blockchain networks for processing transactions, KYC verification service providers, email service providers for transactional communications, and law enforcement when legally compelled. All third-party service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by financial regulations. KYC documents are retained for the duration of the account plus 5 years after closure. You may request deletion of your account, subject to regulatory retention requirements.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations), object to processing of your data, request data portability, and withdraw consent.
